Meditation Groups

I run a weekly meditation group and this takes the form of a guided visualisation.

I work with the angelic realms so I invoke angels by name and we request any divine help we may need for that coming week.

This is a confidential healing space. There is always an opportunity here to chat about spiritual matters, or to just be in the peaceful energy that is created when we gather.

You may not be into angels but just need to de-stress; this group will do that for you also.

Please ring me for times and dates as these do change from time to time. The cost of this group is £5.00 per session.

My latest book is called 'Angels Are Not Just For Christmas'. This is an account of myself and my partners life with angels and how they have helped us as we have fostered disabled children for many years. It is very much spirituality in action.
