I am a fully qualified and experienced counsellor, Reiki healer and holistic therapist.

My life experience of working in residential children’s homes and later fostering many children has given me deep insight into families and all the issues that are involved.

I also work with adults with special needs. I am able to work in a special way by finding their level of understanding and working with what comes.

Whatever it is you bring, I place you in the centre and we work together to explore and find a way through. This support can both enhance and empower your life. I often place the things I offer together to give you what you need.

I have worked for the Cruse organisation supporting those suffering loss or bereavement.

I am experienced in dealing with depression, anger management, and those who have issues with low self esteem/confidence.
